Get a Grip! Prevent Finger Injuries and Snap Limbs!

If you’ve ever tried Jiujitsu, I would bet you’ve had a finger injury.

If not, you probably train like a sissy. JK

Even with an arthritic autoimmune condition, I have never had a finger injury from Jiujitsu. Keeping some form of finger and hand strengthening exercises in my programming for years has definitely helped this.

Here is a simple method to build your finger strength that is cheap and easy to do. Let me know what you think about this method after you’ve tried it for a while. If you haven’t tried it don’t bother commenting.🤙
