Kids Self Defense (AGES 5-12)

Perfect for in-between sporting seasons, or to try something completely new.

Martial arts is an outlet for kids to express their creativity, learn discipline, respect, humility, team work, as well as develop strength and conditioning, learn practical bully-busting tactics and techniques.

Looking for a way to get into shape like no other? You can learn technical, real Self-Defense skills at the same time.

We incorporate brazilian jiu-jitsu, boxing, thai boxing and grappling skills with total body conditioning to develop your Self-Defense awareness and overall conditioning. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain!

Women face unique challenges that we have addressed with out program’s comprehensive approach.  Our curriculum teaches and instills confidence, which is the most important ingredient in executing Self-Defense techniques.  Our Self-Security System (S3) Framework will give you the tools you need to feel secure and also be able to defend yourself.
