I purchased DRILLSKILL 2 months ago and love it! Great information and very well presented.

My favorite part is the ‘Animal Drills’ section. These drills are great warm-ups and they are quite a workout too.

I also like the emphasis on balance (more important as one gets older). The routines at the end are very helpful.

Mark takes the guesswork out; just follow what is explained and see the results.

I highly recommended this manual!
